Ok...so I decided to stop being a slacker and go ahead and place the
thing tonight.

Clue for Dead Snellings and Weeds.
Poor Dead Snellings and Weeds!...first it was placed at Chatham..then
pulled because Chatham does not like LB...then it was placed at the
Old Falmouth Church...then pulled for some earthwork....just can't
seem to find a good home. So I've decided to give it a nice home down
by the Rappahanock River.
The new location is part of Fredericksburg city park land that runs
along the river.
Clue:
